Payment Methods

talmerov accepts Visa and Mastercard, instant EFT and standard EFT, and payments through South African gateways including PayFast, Ozow, SnapScan, Yoco, PayShap and Capitec Pay. All transactions are processed in South African rand (ZAR) and every price shown includes VAT at 15%.

Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions to our news media and entertainment services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorise talmerov to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. A tax invoice is emailed to you for every successful payment, and billing queries may be sent to [email protected].

Cooling-Off and Refund Eligibility

Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 you may cancel an online subscription within seven days of purchase, without reason and without penalty, provided the service has not yet been fully performed. Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 may also apply where the agreement was concluded through direct marketing. Digital content that has already been accessed or downloaded is generally non-refundable. Refund Process

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 30 days, usually by EFT to the account used for the purchase. Partial refunds may apply for pro-rated subscription periods. talmerov reserves the right to refuse a refund in cases of suspected abuse or breach of these terms.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the remaining period after cancellation, except where the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 requires otherwise.
